Looking for a friendly female professional to join me in my cute, cosy flat. Brockwell Park is literally at the end of the street, perfect for morning runs, the lido, weekend coffees or just a wander.

• Close to Brixton Village, Herne Hill market and plenty of great pubs, cafés and restaurants

The room
A furnished double room with a decent amount of storage. It's on the smaller side but properly cosy, a lovely little space to make your own.

About me
I work in international development for a consultancy firm, but I'm very artsy as well. I work from home most of the time, so the flat's usually a calm, lived-in space. Outside work I love yoga, going to see plays and shows, coffee walks in the park, and the occasional escape from London for a day hike. I'm clean and tidy, and I'm sociable but respectful of personal space. Always up for a chat or a drink, but equally happy to give you your peace.

Who I'm looking for
Ideally a female professional who's in the office at least a couple of days a week (as I'm home most days). Someone tidy, considerate and easygoing who'd enjoy a relaxed, homely place to live.
