A double bedroom is available in a lovely garden flat at the top end of Brixton, just a 6-minute walk from Brixton Station and right next to Brockwell Park. It’s a fantastic location for commuting into central London while still having plenty of green space on your doorstep.

The flat has a lovely, spacious feel, with a big kitchen, shared living space and a private garden. I’m a young, easy-going live-in landlord who enjoys cooking, hosting dinner parties and making the most of the space, so it’s a home rather than just somewhere to sleep!

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate flatmate who’s sociable and enjoys a relaxed home environment. It would suit someone who appreciates good food, the occasional dinner party and a comfortable place to come home to after work.

With Brixton’s great pubs, cafés, restaurants and markets nearby, as well as excellent transport links, it’s a brilliant spot to live.
