Beautiful light room available

Hey everyone, Luca and I are losing our lovely housemate Ollie who is moving in with his partner so we are looking for a new housemate!

The room is gorgeous, large, furnished (space for a desk), and get lots of natural light (I am honestly jealous). We also have a spare room that’s we use as a pantry / storage / place for friends to crash.

The flat is modern, well-cared for, and even has a cleaner included in the rent. We’re a minute away from Brixton station so commuting and coming back home is a breeze. We are also perfectly located with big Tesco’s, brockwell park, Brixton village etc a very short walk away.

A little about me and Luca:

I’m 23 and work in advertising. I like art, live gigs and going out with friends. I often have friends round for pres and am always the more the merrier type to any social occasion.

Luca: I’m 26 year old clinical researcher, I love all things art so am often at galleries, cinema, theatre, concerts etc, I also like to stay active (primarily bouldering lol), and I’d say I’m quite sociable so I’d love to have flatmates where we can be friends rather than just co-lodgers.

Ollie can move out from November 15th but is happy to cover until start of December so there is a bit of wriggle room to come see the place, meet Luca and I and hopefully we can go from there. I have put my number down below, so feel free to message me on here or drop me a message on WhatsApp xx
