We’re looking for a new person to join our warm, vibrant and very homely house in Brixton!

🛌 huge, top-floor double room with two big windows, loads of natural light and storage for days — trust, there’s plenty of space for all your things!

💰rent is £1,191 pcm, excluding bills (which come to around £120ish per month)

📅 Move-in: 13th December 2026 — can be slightly flexible for later move in date.

The house itself is big and spread over three floors, with a lovely garden and a big kitchen which is definitely one of the best spaces in the house.

You’d be sharing with three other girls (mid/late 20s) who are all warm, fun and easy-going. All enjoy each other’s company, whether that’s having a chat in the kitchen or watching something together, but we’re also really respectful of each other’s space.

It’s a really lovely house that feels like a home, and hoping to find someone who’s looking for the same!
