- Lease has been going for six years, combination of friends and Spareroomers who have become friends :)

- Four bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms
- Also features a laundry room in the basement, plenty of storage, a roof terrace as well as a very large garden with patio, pond & bbq
- The room available is a small double with big windows and gorgeous morning light
- The room and house are well furnished & will come with everything you’d need

LOCATION 📍
- Quiet street between Brixton Hill and Tulse Hill
- Right next to Brockwell Park with a collection of shops & Lime station at end of road
- 20 min walk / 10 min bus / 7 min cycle to Brixton tube station

DATES 📅
- Move in date early/mid December
