Double room Clapham North/brixton

You would be living with a girl and a guy (aged 33–35) who are looking for a new housemate to join our home! Ideally a girl aged 29–34 who’s clean, respectful, sociable and up for a laugh.

It is a friendly, easy-going house who love a good balance of socialising and doing our own thing. We enjoy park run, travel, spontaneous pub trips, days out of London and equally a night in.

We have all became close friends from spare room and would be hoping to find someone who also wants somewhere that genuinely feels like home and is happy to have a chat over a glass of wine, join in with plans when they fancy it, but equally appreciates everyone’s own space and downtime.

Bathroom will be shared with the female as the male has an ensuite.
