New Roommate in Brixton Hill/Streatham Hill area

Looking for a sound housemate to move into a place I have recently bought. Currently in the process of getting it up to speed, so pictures are of what it has looked like (but it will not be too different)! Should hopefully be up and running by mid November, hence a move in from then would be ideal. Could do sooner if that would be preferred though!

A bit about me:

Whilst I do have my own life, and respect people have theirs, I am a fairly sociable guy and would like to live with someone who would be open to having a beer or wine with me, as opposed to a stranger living in the same place! With that in mind, I'm personally into sports, gigs, pubs, pub quizzes, talking current affairs, that sort of vibe. Very liberal with my views, slightly left leaning too, but respectful of most viewpoints and wouldn't say that that's a dealbreaker for me. I am really easy going and like to think I can get along with pretty much anyone! For work, I'm a forensic psychologist, which means I very rarely have scope to work from home, if you do, then great, but would have to have a think about bills for heating and making sure it's equitable, but a bridge we can cross when we get there! A bit about the place:

3 bedroom flat within an old mansion block, located on the third (top) floor. 3 bedrooms, albeit one is a box room! Would be looking to rent out one of the 2 larger ones, which is a very good size. Big kitchen/living room area, decent kitchen (although not red, like the pictures!), and a shared communal garden space out the back for the flat with benches and tables.

Bills would be halfing the council tax and internet: ~£100, unsure just yet on how much water, electric and heating will be, but again, would likely be halved

Council tax band C
