I am looking for a flatmate for my 2 bedroom in Brixton.

The flat is on the top floor of a refurbished Victorian townhouse. It has high ceilings, and tall double-glazed windows with beautiful natural light streaming in. Your room gets all golden and glowy at sunset.

The main area has a large living room, partially decorated with a couch, carpet, little writing nook, and collapsable kitchen table that expands into a dining table (for dinner parties??), and a kitchenette that feels like you're on a sitcom set.

As far as amenities go: there's modern boiler, new electric hob and oven, brand new washer/dryer, new dishwasher, and full standing fridge freezer; fully fitted bathroom (just newly decorated) with a heated towel rail. Your bedroom comes with a double bed with a sturdy wooden frame, extremely comfy firm mattress, two side tables and wardrobe. The floors are gorgeous oakwood!

The flat is across the street from a park, and just a ten minute walk from Brixton station, and a nineteen minute walk from the Clapham High Street underground and overground. Brockwell Park is a short walk away, and Brixton Market is always bustling. The area has everything you need: Lidl, Tesco, and Sainsbury's are all around the corner. There's a Picturehouse down the street, and lots of little shops, cafes, restaurants and places to discover in the immediate area. Brixton feels both vibrant and grounding. Bowie's from here, and there's that Clash song and THE Electric Avenue....

The appliances in the property are all covered by Domestic and General Insurance, so any appliance breakdowns are covered and repaired at no extra cost.

I am a 30 year old writer, and looking to live with someone cool, kind, and who wants to turn this house into a home.
