Lovely double room (3.4m x 3.6m) with en-suite shower-room; fully furnished, with plenty of storage; south-facing and bright

The house is shared with 3 other housemates: a gay couple (from Wales and Spain) and a straight female (from Australia), and Jasper - our friendly 6 year old Cocker Spaniel

The room is in a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom Victorian house, sympathetically modernised with original features retained throughout

Shared use of a sitting room and large fully fitted & equipped modern kitchen / breakfast room

The house is on a quiet, friendly, tree-lined residential street, yet just a few minutes’ walk from Brixton market's bars & cafés, tube station (end of the Victoria Line, Zone 2), Brixton rail station (7 minutes to Victoria), and numerous bus routes

We are looking for a non-smoking professional gay guy, 35 to 50 years old

Someone who likes dogs and would like to occasionally join in taking Jasper for a walk (Brockwell Park is around the corner) would be great!

£1,090 rent per calendar month (in advance), and one month's deposit

Plus £194 pcm bills contribution, covering electricity, gas, water, council tax, wireless fibre-optic broadband, and a weekly cleaner
