THE SCENARIO: Sadly I am moving on to pastures new, which means I am leaving my lovely double room (biggest bedroom in the place oi oi) available to rent from the 13th September in our amazing house in the centre of Brixton. Sharing with 4 fun and friendly housemates who like all the usual things: socialising, cooking, hanging out, music, taking the piss etc.

THE HOUSE: 2 minutes walk to Brixton centre and tube - super easy and quick to get into town. Bills come to around £100 a month including gas, electric, water, council tax, Internet, TV and also communal household items such as loo roll, cleaning materials, cooking oil etc. We also have a cleaner every two weeks which is included as well. There are plenty of shops and the market close to hand as well some great pubs and clubs to enjoy. Brixton is an extremely lively area with a deep cultural history and is a lot of fun.

THE ROOM: lovely bright massive bedroom with two built in wardrobes. Comfy double bed, chest of drawers, book shelves, bedside table and space for your own desk and other furniture.

THE VIBE: Our house has an open shared kitchen and living room area; three bathrooms and a roof terrace which might as well be a direct portal to the Bahamas because it gets ALL of the sun. The current tenants are a mix of professionals aged 34-43. Would suit people who either work 9-5 or shifts and we are really looking for someone over the age of 30. We all get on really well and would like someone who wants to be part of the house-family rather than just rent a room.

The room is available as Sunday 13th September
