A lovely room to let in a spacious light airy apartment which is close to amenities and has great transport links. Share with friendly easy going professionals with busy work /life balances, looking for an independent, clean, respectful person with own interests and pursuits to share the space with. It’s a homely and comfortable space . Would prefer aged 28+ . Happy to consider overseas people staying on work permits.

The room is a small/medium sized double with a large window, there is a clothes rail/ shoe rack and a chest of drawers, a fold down study table with chair, bedside shelf, and plenty of extra storage under the queen size double bed.

The lounge / kitchen area is a large shared communal space, it has all the usual amenities TV, music, wifi ect .. and there is a large corner sofa, coffee table and dining table with 4 chairs . The kitchen area has a fridge freezer/ cooker/ oven/microwave and washing machine, all cooking and electrical products are already here and are available for shared use . The flat is split level which adds privacy and distance between the bedrooms. The bathroom has a bath and shower.
The flat (band C) is approx a 10/15 minute walk to Brixton underground station, but there are regular buses that will take only 5 minutes. Brixton is on the Victoria line and it takes only 10 to 15 minutes to get to central London (Oxford Circus). Brixton is a vibrant area with a great market, lots of restaurants and a great live music scene. There is also a large park nearby where there is an outdoor swimming pool. There is also a great sports centre.
