Double Room for Professional in Hackney

Hello!
Thanks for having a read of our advert! We have a lovely, refurbished house within 10 mins walk of Haggerston station and Broadway market. Lots of local amenities, with gyms, yoga studios, little food shops, cafes, restaurants etc. all dotted round. The house is close to the canal so also great for runs to any one of the parks nearby (Victoria Park, London Fields, Haggerston Park etc.). The house is on a road off of the main roads, so great access to buses etc. while still being on a quiet, neighbourly road.
We’ve got a large double bedroom in our 4-bed house available. The house has two bathrooms, you’d be sharing one of them with another person on the top floor of the house. There’s a large, shared kitchen and living room to relax in and maybe a nice garden area if the stars align on renovating it! We have a young daughter so ideally looking for someone sociable but happy with a quiet, family environment. We cook often, there’s usually some sort of baked good on the go, so you’ll be saving our waistlines by taking a slice. There are also a lot of movie nights, as I’m pretty sure we’re signed up to almost every content provider known to man (or woman).
In terms of interests, there’s a keen trial and error on cooking, we also do a lot of pilates, yoga, tennis, gym etc. while I like a lot of art, exhibitions etc. Also like the odd night out, gig etc. While a family home it’d also be nice for someone else to feel comfortable in it, have some shared interests etc.
The cost per month includes all bills for a 7-night a week contract; if you do only need a Mon-Fri sort of arrangement, let us know and we’ll be able to wiggle the cost down for you. The room has a large double bed with storage underneath, two beside tables, a desk and we’re going to get a wardrobe as well in place of the bookshelves that are currently there!
