We have a double room available in our 4-bed, two-floor flat just off Broadway Market.

Rent is £832.70 plus an extra £36.20 for Wifi + Council Tax. Other bills average £50-60 p/m.

The flat is located near the lock on Regent’s Canal, under a minute away from Broadway Market. Both London Fields & Cambridge Heath Overground are about 10 min walk away, Haggerston Overground and Bethnal Green Tube both 15-20 min walk away, and Hackney Central 20-25 min walk away. There’s also loads of buses between 1-10 min walk away.

The flat is super homely, and we keep it clean and tidy. It has its own garden, a large living room with dining area, a separate kitchen also with a dining area, and a utility room downstairs. The available bedroom is upstairs along with two of the other rooms (the fourth is downstairs). There’s a bathroom and toilet shared between the three housemates upstairs. The available bedroom comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

We’re currently two male housemates, aged 29 and 32, who have been friends for quite a few years and been living together for 2 years. We’re pretty social and easy going, but really care for the flat and like to keep the it a chill, clean and tidy space where we feel happy, calm and can socialise together or with friends. We love chilling and socialising in our flat and in the local area (though aren’t a party flat…), and all work regular 9-5s, including a few WFH days per week - so looking for someone with a relatively similar lifestyle.

The room is available from 02 Dec and we’d need the rent to start from that date even if you couldn’t move in until just afterwards. Break clause is 2-months.
