My name is Az. I work full-time in Data and Analytics and I’m born and raised in the local area.

I’m a working professional and generally keep the flat calm, clean and relaxed. I work from home three days a week, so I would ideally prefer someone who is mostly office-based during the working week.

My girlfriend is a regular visitor, so it’s important you’re comfortable with that. I’m open to Monday–Friday lets or longer arrangements if it feels like the right fit.

I’m clean, tidy, and easygoing, and I’m looking for someone chilled and respectful to share the space with. The room will come fully furnished, including a desk suitable for working or studying.

I’ve previously had 3 students living with me which has worked well.

Rent includes council tax, gas and electric.
