My partner and I are looking to rent out our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in Hackney. It is available from end of April/early May for 1 year, with the possibility to extend.

The flat is a 7 minute walk to Broadway market, along the canal. Also in walking distance: London fields, Broadway market, De Beauvoir, Haggerston Park, Victoria Park, Colombia Road, Shoreditch and Brick lane. It’s an amazing location.

The flat is accessed through a small private front garden on Queensbridge Road. It is a great size with an open plan kitchen/dining room. The bedrooms are also a good size. They both have inbuilt wardrobes and one has an en-suite with a shower. There is another large bathroom with a bath and standing shower. In this bathroom there is a washer/dryer. The flat has been recently updated - the dishwasher and washer/dryer are all new!

We absolutely love living here and have called it our home very happily for 2.5 years. We want to rent it out whilst we pursue some of our passions outside the UK.
