Bright room in Broadway Market sociable flat

Hi there! 🤠 We have a very bright double room in our 5-bed, 2-floor, communal flat available in July and we're looking for a friendly and sociable pal to be part of our lovely home long-term!! This is a contract takeover, not a sublet/ short stay. 🏠

👋🏼Who we are:
Currently 4 international, female and NB, spareroom-forged friends! 👭🏼 We love to cook together, go to London fields (5 min walk), for coffees on broadway market, occasional pub/ film & lots of bedtime tea. 💆🏼‍♀️ We have our own friends, hobbies & busy schedules but like to bring people together - we love to host friends, mums & partners for regular stays & din dins. 🥙 We are lgbtq+ friendly - all genders, sexualities, nationalities welcome 💖🏳️‍🌈💖

🪩Ruby (she/they) is 26, British/Danish & the household dancer. She’s always ready to bust a move in the kitchen with you whilst cooking a shared meal. They’re a great yapper, loves to mooch, cycle, swim, do yoga, analyse your birth chart & find new cute places to explore. Ruby also has a muggle job, as she calls it, working as a carer.

🛼Vic (she/her) is 30, just back from her belated gap half-year backpacking solo around asia, she's been in the flat for about 2 years. She loves plants, roller skating & taking advantage of all the amazing free gigs Hackney offers. Talks a lot about baking, books and ads (works as an advertising creative).

🧗🏻‍♀️Elina (she/her) is 26, German, moved to London last September, enjoys cooking for herself & others, proud owner of two cucumber plants on the balcony, enjoys climbing, hiking & running & has recently discovered knitting as a new hobby. She is doing a PhD on climate policy.

🚣🏼‍♀️Cara (she/her) is 28, a carer, Australian who moved to London two years ago & recently moved into this flat :) She’s into reading, socialising, travelling a
& is now taking up Beck’s mantle as the flat’s resident vegan. Excited to explore the area more this summertime & will probably try to entice you to come in the free community canoe on the canal with her (her current obsession).

🙋🏼‍♀️I am Beck, I've been here a year & moving out as my long-term partner is finally moving to Landan but I'm sure you'll see me about because I love these lovely folk!!

🪟About the room:
Furnished with a bed, desk and chair (if you want it!), drawers & wardrobe (not mirror). Interfaces with the balcony so lots of windows! ☀️

🌿About the flat:
Bright, spacious living room/ kitchen with balcony. One full bathroom, one shower room, one separate toilet. Fourth floor flat with a lift.

💰Bills and bits:
£815/ month (slight chance this increases to £855 ish - in discussions with the landlord but looking good!). Bills come to ~£100/ month inc. council tax.
£900 deposit

🗓️Availability:
Roughly from July 1st with some uncertainty/ flexibility (week or so either side) depending on when I find a place & when other roomies are on holibobs ☺️ Looking to host viewings weekend of 5-7th & the week following.
