Room with an ensuite available in Broadway Market

We are two professional females (one Aussie, one Brit) looking for a third flatmate to join us in our lovely home, perfectly located right by London Fields and Victoria Park, with the Overground and Central line close by.

🛏 The Room
A large double bedroom with your own private ensuite. The room comes with a king bed frame, clothes rail and desk, but is free to furnish otherwise as you wish. A new mattress and duvet are available to purchase if you don't have your own.

🏡 The Flat
Light and airy communal areas with an open plan kitchen/dining space. A cleaner visits biweekly to keep the place looking 👌. We also have two resident cats, Dexter & Cleo, who very much run the place, so ideally you are someone who is comfortable living with animals.

👯 Who We're Looking For
Looking for a like-minded person who wants to share a home rather than a party space. You have full-time employment and mix your days between office and home. Someone who is happy to hang out/go for a drink but also very much enjoys their own space.

If you're up to date on the Summer House saga or know exactly what we mean when we say JOVANI… then this is the home for you.

✅ Must be:
• 30+ and working full time
• Comfortable living with 2 cats
• Single occupancy (no couples, sorry!)
• A professional with references
• No pets

📋 The Details
Rent: £1,364pcm
Bills: £250 month inc. gas, electric, council tax, cleaner, water & broadband

The property is managed; therefore, the successful applicant will be added to a new contract. References and deposit required.
