Canal-side Maisonette in Haggerston – 2 Rooms

We're a couple of 28 year olds, we both working in tech, and are looking for two housemates to join us in our maisonette on the Regent's Canal in Haggerston.

The flat:

4 bedrooms (2 available, we use 2, 1 is our office)
Directly on the canal with plenty of natural light
10 min walk to Broadway Market and De Beauvoir Town
10 min cycle to the City

The rooms available:
1 is a bigger room, with en-suite. The other room is smaller but still double room, has its own bathroom as well but not en-suite.

About us:

We're in the office four days a week, so it's generally a quiet flat during the day. We're friendly and easy to live with - happy to chat when we're around, but equally respectful of each other's space.

Who we're looking for:

Working professionals, who are easy-going and considerate. We want the flat to feel like a home, so we're after people who are drama-free and good to share a space with.

We would welcome living with another couple, however please note that for crowding reasons, we ask all couples who enquire to take the remaining 2 rooms (not just 1). We tried living in the flat as 5 people and it was too much sadly...
