Spacious double room (with AC!) in London Fields

Hello!

We have a spare room available for in our newly renovated 2 bed flat literally a stones throw away from London Fields and round the corner from Broadway Market.

£400/week (inc bills) with availability throughout July, August and September - we’re open to short/longer stays, whatever suits :)!

We have air con in all the rooms (including the bedrooms) which has been a life saver in this heat! The flat is stunning - it has a huge wrap around balcony overlooking London Fields and is 3 minutes from LF overground station.

We are very flexible in terms of dates. The move in date can be anytime but ideally before 25 July. We will also be renting the room in August/September too so if the dates don’t align drop us a message!

All bills are included! We have a brand new dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer etc all for you to use. The flat gets the sun all day which is lovely as it’s always filled with light!

We have one bathroom/shower room and storage room if you have a suitcase! The bed also has under bed storage too. We also have a desk we can put in the room if you would like to WFH.

About us:
We are very active and we’re in and out of the house a lot, but are both out of the house from around 12 each day until the late afternoon/early evening. Cleanliness is very important to us so please only respond if you are happy to clean up after yourself and treat our home with the same respect as your own!
