My flat is south facing, so it benefits from lots of beautiful natural daylight throughout the day. It’s ideally positioned for transport, food, markets, cafés and everything East London has to offer

📍LOCATION

Approximately 5 minutes’ walk to Haggerston Station and 5 minutes to London Fields Station, making commuting into Central London and around East London quick and easy.

The famous Broadway Market is also around 5 minutes away, with fantastic restaurants, independent cafés, bars and its hugely popular weekend street-food market.
London Fields, local shops, supermarkets, gyms and other everyday amenities are all within easy reach.

Two comfortable furnished double bedrooms are available.
Both rooms include useful storage/shelving, while one also benefits from a built in wardrobe/closet and under bed storage, making it particularly practical if you have plenty of clothes or belongings.

The home is clean, comfortable and well looked after, and I’m looking for housemates who will appreciate and maintain this dynamic.

I’m ideally looking for two working male housemates or students who have a regular routine outside the home. Unfortunately, the rooms are not suitable for people who work permanently from home.

The right people will be:

• Able to fit naturally into the existing household dynamic

This is a relaxed home, but cleanliness and mutual respect are important. I’m looking for people who want a pleasant place to come home to.

We are live in landlords although we often travel for business interests we have abroad so not always at the property.

I want whoever moves in to feel comfortable and at home while also treating the property and the people within it with respect.
