Bright, warm flat in Haggerston

Hey there! I'm looking for 2 flatmates in a bright, warm flat in Haggerston.

About the flat: 3 bedrooms with an additional storage room/office. 2 rooms upstairs (one is mine) with a separate shower/toilet and lounge. Downstairs has the 3rd bedroom, spare room and kitchen. Kitchen has loads of storage, washing machine, dishwasher, and large fridge (separate freezer under the stairs). There's a great outdoor space and garden as well.

Ive been here for 6 months and think the place is great! Current flatmate is moving out to stay with their partner. Most of the furniture is theirs so they will be taking it, But both rooms come with a bed and Limited furniture.

About the area: flat is super close to Broadway and Columbia Road Flower markets, with great parks (London Fields, Haggerston Park, Victoria Park) close by, and just a couple of minutes from the canal. About a 10min walk to Haggerston station (overground/windrush line) with loads of bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby as well.

About me: Jack, 32, from Scotland, work in Music. Travel quite a bit and otherwise out and about in London or chilling. Always up for a pint or a gig, but do my own thing as well.

About the lease:
Room 1: Available from 12 December, Downstairs room is £800/month and partly furnished.

Room 2: Available from 12 December, upstairs room is £1050/month and partly furnished.

Deposit is 5 weeks rent. Bills ~£110/month. Lease is for a year. Landlords will do standard referencing (employer, previous landlord, right to live etc. etc.). Private landlords who are quite chill and pretty responsive.
