Crofton Park is in brockley SE4 Crofton Park station is zone 3 and is a 6 minute walk away with great links to the overground at peckham rye and Denmark hill also connection to Clapham Junction, Victoria.
Honor Oak Park, Brockley, Ladywell, Catford and Catford Bridge stations are approx 15-20 mins away.
Great bus service. P4, P12, 122, 171, 172

3 lovely parks within 5-15 mins walk Blythe Hill, Ladywell and Hilly Fields.
The double room has a built in wardrobe, chester drawers table and chair.
There will be up to 3 people sharing the bathroom. I'm looking for someone who is quiet, clean, hygienic, tidy and mindful of others.
A washing machine available. There is also a local launderette 6 min walk away open 7 days which is very handy if you want to dry your clothes quickly, also there is also a dry cleaners, post office and library nearby
The property is in a convenient location for shops and transport.
Brockley is between Lewisham, Catford and Forest Hill and not too far from Greenwich.

Crofton park train station zone 3 (Thameslink line) is 6 minute walk away. Trains to Peckham and Denmark Hill, (connection to Victoria) and overground
Elephant and Castle, Blackfriars (for the City, Moorgate, Bank, St Pauls Cathederal, The Tate Modern) Euston, Kings Cross St. Pancras. Intl (EuroStar) and British
Library.

Honor Oak Overgound station (connects to Bond Street) via Canada Water, Canary Wharf, Stratford
Honor Oak Park also Ladywell station to London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross 20-30 mins is a 15 min walk or 5 minutes on the P4 bus which also goes to Brixton.

If you like a bus ride the 172 (my favourite) in around 1 hour depending on traffic takes you to Waterloo bridge/Aldwych/Strand for the Lyceum showing Lion King, and many theatres also Covent garden, Somerset house, and Trafalgar square
also Kings College.

Good location for students attending Goldsmiths University, Lewisham Hospital, Kings hospital. Camberwell, Kings College Aldwych Central London.

This is a quiet neighbourhood.
A few minutes walk to the Co-Op, Budgens, Brockley Jack pub and theatre, and the famous Rivoli ballroom for disco nights, wine bars, Indian, Chinese and Caribbean takeaways.
