The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer, microwave, fridge, freezer etc.
A private garden is accessed via the side of the house. It's a clean, homely, and friendly place to live with views of trees and greenery out of all the windows.

Most bills are included (wifi, TV licence, water, council tax). Gas and electric bills are shared each month - (average £60 per month)

The flat is a 5 minute walk to Brockley station with fast and direct links to:
- London Bridge, within 8 minutes
- Covent Garden within 15 mins
- Shoreditch, within 15 minutes
- Canary Wharf can be reached within 10 minutes.

I live in the flat but spend half the month out of London for work. I've been working with start-ups and telco, media and technology businesses for the past 10 years. My flatmate is a marketing manager who works for a large charity. We've both lived and worked abroad in our careers and are looking for another flatmate or couple who will keep the apartment feeling like a peaceful home.
