The room looks out onto gardens and has plenty of storage including 2 wardrobes and a desk. There's space for additional furniture if required and it's spacious enough for anyone to comfortably work from home.

The apartment is spread over 2 floors with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the top floor. On the first floor there's an open plan living room, kitchen and dining space, along with a single bedroom / study and a large bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer, microwave, fridge, freezer.

A private garden is accessed via the side of the house. It's a clean, homely, and friendly place to live with views of trees and greenery out of all the windows.

Most bills are included (wifi, TV licence, water, council tax band D). Gas and electric bills are shared each month along with a cleaner who comes fortnightly. That averages out to an extra £75 per month.

The flat is a 5 minute walk to Brockley station with fast links to:
- London Bridge, in 12 minutes
- Shoreditch, in 18 minutes
- Canary Wharf can be reached in 10 minutes.
-Hilly Fields park and Telegraph Hill Park are less than a 10 minute walk away as is Brockley's weekend Farmers Market.
