I'm looking for a friendly professional who enjoys a cosy atmosphere and values shared spaces. The ideal flatmate would also appreciate personal space and be open to socializing or finding a good balance between the two. If you're someone who commutes into Central London during weekdays for work, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally, that would be a plus. You'll have access to essential amenities like a washing machine, microwave, oven, TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, and a high-speed 300mb Fibre Internet connection.

Living With Me:
I'm a freelance illustrator who's called this area home for seven years. I'm a chill, organised, and easygoing person with interests ranging from socialising, arts, cooking, cycling, and rock climbing to enjoying movies and music, I like being social and at the same time understand the need for personal space.

About the Room:
A bright, airy double room furnished with a comfy Ikea mattress, double wardrobe, under-bed storage, bookshelf, small desk, and chair. The room got a fresh vibe a year ago with new furniture, freshly painted walls, and sanded floorboards. It overlooks a quiet and peaceful garden.

Parks, local markets, and easy access to transportation make it a perfect spot!

Getting Around:
Brockley Station is super convenient – less than a 5-minute walk from the house. London Overground, Southern mainline trains, and buses to Holborn and St Paul's are easily accessible.
