We are two chill young professionals seeking someone like minded for our cosy and tidy 3 bedroom flat.

About us:

Jack is a 30 something aspiring  DJ but full time employee in higher education.

He loves to cook, bake, and would be great if you do too, so we can share recipes or someone who can eat it with him. Hobby’s include but not limited too lacrosse, gym, gaming, DJing and dancing until 5am.

Henrik is in his 40s. Works full time for Waitrose. loves music, travel, movies, books, comedy, gaming and lots of other good things.

When time off coincides we enjoy catching up over a glass of something.

We both have busy lives, like everybody in London!

We all need some "me time" and respect each others privacy. We're looking for a friendly, tidy, ideally interesting and respectful flatmate to come and enjoy our home with us. Preferably sombody interesting in staying for the long term. It’s much nicer sharing a flat that way. Great landlord, no agency. Perfect for a mature student or young professional.

This is a big double bedroom, the space and the area are both lovely, and the flat is in an incredible location:

- 5 min walk to Goldsmith University.
- 7 minutes walk to St John's train station.
- 10 minutes walk to New Cross Gate Station or Brockley Overground.
- 10 minutes walk to Deptford DLR.
- 7 minutes walk to Asda
- 10 minutes walk to big Sainsbury's with Argos and TK Maxx
- 1 minute walk to Tesco
- Close to beautiful parks like Hilly Fields, Greenwich and Blackheath.

The house is situated directly opposite a Tesco Metro and other shops/quality restaurants open till late (Lewisham Way), but is actually in a little parallel road, just off the main one. Its quiet and peaceful. Easy and safe to get home at any time of day.
