The flat has an 18ft kitchen and study area on the top floor, a lovely large living room overlooking the park with 50" TV with Netflix, BBC iPlayer, NOW TV and Amazon Prime. The bedroom is very quiet. There is a built in wardrobe in the room and the flat has loads of storage space. There is free parking on the street.

Brockley station is a 10 min walk away, Ladywell is 13 mins, and St John’s is 15 mins, giving loads of convenient travel options. Brockley itself has loads of nice bars and places to eat. The flat is a 5 min walk from the lovely Joyce wine bar. What makes it unique is the proximity to the park. The flat doesn’t feel like it’s in London at all - a peaceful, beautiful spot within the Brockley Conservation Area.

Seeking a female to share with the existing flatmate, who is a late-twenties marketing manager, also female. The main requirement is that someone is respectful of the home, doesn’t bring partners back to stay overnight, and understands that their flatmate works throughout the week and it isn’t a party house. The room is my own but I work in TV and will be travelling for the next six months, hence vacating and renting it out.
