After 4 amazing years, I’m moving on in early October and looking for someone to take over my small double bedroom in our wholesome Brockley home.
THE HOUSE VIBE:
4 professionals who all enjoy a kitchen catch-up, a local pint or Brockley brunch, but also respect each other’s space & need to recharge. The house is LGBTQIA+ inclusive.
THE AREA:
Brockley is leafy, lovely, and full of community. We’re a 5 min walk from Crofton Park station, 10 min to Brockley Overground, and the 171/172/122 stop is right outside. Hilly Fields and Peckham Rye are on our doorstep for green space + weekend walks.
THE ROOM + FLAT:
Small double bedroom in a clean, cosy and warm flat environment. Viewings available in-person or virtually.
Bills are approximately £100 per month max.
