​I am letting out two rooms in a spacious, well-maintained house share in Brockley (SE4). There are currently three room options available, and I will occupy whichever room is left. In total, the house will be shared between three people: me (the live-in landlord) and two new housemates.
​The property features a modern shared kitchen and a large garden.
​The Room Options (2 Available):
​Option 1 (£750 pcm): A standard, fully furnished double room.
​Option 2 (£1,200 pcm): A private suite comprising a bedroom and your own dedicated private living room.
​Option 3 (£950 pcm): A spacious, fully furnished large double room.

​The Setup & Bills:
Rent is strictly exclusive of bills. To keep things fair and transparent, all household bills are split equally three ways (1/3 each).
This includes:
​Council Tax (Lewisham)
​Thames Water
​Gas & Electricity
​Sky Broadband
​Weekly professional cleaner (kitchen, bathroom, and hallways)
​You should budget approximately £190 - £200 per month for your share of these utilities.

​The Location:
Located on Rokeby Road, we are right in the heart of Brockley. It’s a quiet residential street but only a short walk to Brockley Station (Overground & Southern) and New Cross, making the commute into central London or Canary Wharf incredibly easy. We are also right around the corner from local cafes, the Brockley market, and plenty of green space.

I am a live-in landlord in my 30s, currently taking some time off. I enjoy cooking and like to keep the house clean, relaxed, and peaceful.
