The Room:
Unlike typical cramped London bedrooms, this room is large with plenty of floor space. It comes fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers, and a dedicated large study desk setup—perfect for long study sessions or creative projects.
The Dog Walking Discount Setup:
The true market value for a room of this size in this prime location is £1,000 per month. However, I am offering a steep dog walking discount down to £600 per month (all bills included) in exchange for a helping hand with my dog.
Your main responsibility will be walking my rescue husky for 30 minutes every day, Hilly Fields is 2 minutes away.
The Household & Other Pets:
This is a warm, pet-loving home! In addition to the husky, the household includes one other friendly rescue dog and two sweet rescue cats. You won't be responsible for their care, but you must be someone who genuinely loves living around animals.
Holiday Rent Break:
To make this even better for a student, you do not have to pay rent during the Christmas and Easter holidays if you leave the university campus to go back home during those breaks!
Bonus Kitchen Perks:
To help keep your grocery bills down, your rent also includes complimentary daily kitchen staples. You'll have free access to sourdough bread, quality coffee and tea, oat milk, plant-based butter, and olive oil, spices, stock for cooking.
About You:
Because the husky is a rescue, he needs someone who is responsible, confident, reliable, and comfortable handling large breeds. If you miss your pets back home and want to drastically cut your London living costs, this is the perfect setup.

• Smoking Policy: No smoking inside the house, but you are welcome to smoke outside (garden/patio).
