The flat is conveniently located, just a 5-10 minute walk to Brockley Station and 10 minutes to St Johns, offering excellent transport links into central London.

- Rent: £850 per month
- Bills: £150 per month + monthly cleaner £30
- Move in date 1st April but can be earlier

I'm looking for someone who is clean and friendly. I’d be up for sharing meals sometimes, but I'm also respectful and understanding of everyone's personal space and have my own friends I hang out with outside the flat.
