Sunny room available in friendly Brockley house

We're looking for a new cat-friendly housemate aged roughly 30s-40s to join our five-bedroom home mid to end of July.

A smaller but bright double on the second floor up, with a window looking out across Brockley. The room is technically unfurnished and doesn't have a bed but comes with a floor-to-ceiling square shelving unit (very cool!). You'd be sharing a bathroom/shower with Natalie and Giorgia on the floor below.

Bills are roughly £100/month, and we have a cleaner who visits once a month (£12 each).

A bit about the house:
A quirky five-bed Victorian house over four floors, a big garden, lots of character, such as a letterbox toilet flush :)

We’re five minutes from Brockley station (Overground + National Rail) and all the handy things you need on the high street. Hilly Fields is a 10-minute walk away, Telegraph Hill about 15, and Nunhead Cemetery around 20. Plenty of buses too.

About us:
You’ll be living with Giorgia (she/her, Italian, PhD student), Natalie (she/her, Scottish, illustrator/artist who also works in hospitality), Iain (he/him, English, musician/librarian), Agnes (they/them, English, carpenter and gardener extraordinaire) and Shakira, our gorgeous resident tabby owned by Giorgia.

We’ve all got our own schedules, but we like to hang out too - watching Severance/Twin Peaks/reality trash on the projector, the odd shared dinner, a BBQ when the weather is nice, and the occasional party. We get on well with our neighbours and landlord, and we tend to stay friends with former housemates. It’s definitely a little community here, not just a house-share :)
