It's a spacious modern flat with private terrace balcony the whole length of the flat. There is a Costcutter on the ground floor of the building, along with a couple of other shops a stones throw away, and local cafés 2 mins away.

Along with the room, there is a storage cupboard in the hallway which would be for your sole use.

TRANSPORT

Super conveniently placed right next to Brockley Station, with a 10 minute direct train to London Bridge Station and London Overground line to Highbury & Islington.

About me:

I'm Abbi and I've been living in London for 5 years. I work as an assistant manager of a pub, so my hours usually include a lot of evenings and weekends. I'm a bit of a homebody, so like a chill vibe and my own space, but also try to make the most of my time off when I have it. Always up for a cocktail or a film night in. I also love a mooch around a market, a chance to try a new restaurant/bakery, or having a wander around the city. If you're into theatre, I'm always looking for someone to catch a show with!

The current flatmate and I get on really well, so would be nice to find someone that's happy to potentially be friends as well as flatmates!
