Tranquil double room with a view in a 2 bed flat in Brockley Conservation area, a few minutes away from Hilly fields. It's just 10 minutes from Brockley station and 8 minutes from St. John's station.

The flat is located on the top floor of a large Gothic Victorian ex-rectory. It comes with a parking space in the drive at the front and it's own end section of the large garden at the rear.

The room is double aspect (south/west facing) with fantastic views of mostly trees, St. Peter's Church (the bells still ring on Sundays) and the mews community garden located just behind my garden.

It comes semi-furnished, with a single bed (more than happy to take that out if you have your own) a desk, very comfy office chair and storage cabinet.

I am a live in landlord looking for a chilled (and tidy) flatmate to share my home with. I work as a designer, from home mainly.

With this is mind I would prefer someone who doesn't also work from home most of the time.

I like cooking, making stuff and playing tennis, so bonus if you do too! Sorry, but I’m not looking for couples to rent the room but happy for you to use the kitchen and living room to entertain. I also have a very friendly ginger cat.

Rent is £1040 pcm (240 pw) including bills except council tax: band C.
