1-bed flat, Brockley SE4 – short term let from 8th

We're off travelling for the summer and our flat needs a good person to look after it while we're gone. Ideally 2 months, but we're open to a bit less if the timing works for you.

Big living room, double bedroom, south-facing balcony (great in summer), recently redecorated and the bathroom was redone so it's all fresh. All bills included.

We're just over 5 minutes from Brockley station, Hilly Fields park, and loads of good spots to eat and drink.
