Big Room in Brockley + Shared Office

Hey all - i've got a spare room going in a flat in the middle of Brockley, South East London. The bedroom is a good size, and faces to the back of the house (so quieter side). Flat is also quite spacious, separate kitchen and living room and there's also a shared office which is also pretty big, so really good if you work from home as well as storage. We've also really leant into the aquatic theme imposed on us in the bathroom, but I think you'll agree it's pretty special...

There's technically a roof terrace if you can get out of the window (I can't atm, but i'm working on it).

It's pretty well connected travel wise, from Brockley you've got overground, and London Bridge trains, and then Crofton Park (about 7 min walk), you've Blackfriars, Farringdon, King's X etc....

All About Me
I'm mid 30s and work in audio production, enjoy cooking, watching films, pretending to read and having friends over sometimes (there's good entertaining space). I sometimes work long hours, but I am generally pretty social when pushed : )

Looking for someone ideally similar stage in life, but most importantly just friendly, easy going and is mostly tidy - anyone with an instant pot/rice cooker is a bonus!
