A large, bright double room is coming available in a clean, shared flat on Drakefell Road (SE4 2DS). I am moving out and looking for someone reliable to take over my spot in this great house share!

🏡 The Flat & Housemates
The Space: You will be sharing with 3 other friendly housemates.

Bathrooms: 1.5 bathrooms (means no morning queues for the toilet!).

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, large fridge-freezer, and crucially, both a washing machine and a separate dryer.

Living Room: A good-sized communal space with a sofa, coffee table, TV setup, and a small dining table by the window.

📍 The Location
Transport: Short walk to Brockley station and Nunhead station (Overground and Southern trains) for quick, direct links to London Bridge, Canada Water, and Shoreditch.

Area: Located on a quiet, leafy residential street right near Telegraph Hill Park. Great local pubs, cafes, and shops are just around the corner.
