6 Week Summer Sublet in Spacious 3 Bed SE4!

I'm looking for someone to sublet my lovely large double room for six weeks, from 21st July to 31st August, while I'm away supporting family.
The room is bright, spacious, and fully furnished, with desk and very large built-in wardrobes (one will be completely cleared for your use during your stay). The house itself is a beautiful, spacious home with a large living room, generous kitchen, shared bathroom, and a lovely garden that's perfect during the summer months.
You'll be living with two friendly housemates: one studies Computational Arts at Camberwell, and the other recently graduated from UAL. We're an LGBT household and are looking for someone who is kind, clean, considerate, and respectful of both the shared space and the people they live with.
We're a sociable house and enjoy chatting in the kitchen or living room, but everyone is independent and respectful of each other's time and space.

Approx. 6-minute walk to Brockley Station
Around 13 minutes to London Bridge via Thameslink
Windrush Line connections across London
Around 20 minutes' walk to Peckham (or a short bus ride)
Excellent bus links throughout South East London
Also has free roadside parking!

£1,235 for the full 6-week stay
All bills included (Council Tax, WiFi, water, electricity, etc.)
Sublet has been fully approved by the landlady, so everything is above board and straightforward
