Large double room in Brockley with Garden

🏠 Large Double Room Available in Brockley – 1 Month Sublet (From 6th July)

A spacious, bright double room is available in a lovely 3-bed house just a 2-minute walk from Brockley Station and right next door to Sainsbury’s Local.

The room is available from 6th July until 11th August, making it ideal if you’re between moves, relocating to London, renovating, house-hunting, or simply looking for a comfortable short-term stay.

The room is one of the largest in the house and gets loads of natural light throughout the day. It comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk (as shown in the photos). The room currently looks a little different as I have my own furniture in there, but all of that will be leaving with me and the original furniture will remain.

🏡 The House

The house is spacious, comfortable and has a lovely relaxed feel. There is a separate living room and kitchen, plenty of storage, a dishwasher, and a bathroom with both a bath and shower. There’s also a garden, which is perfect during the summer months.

👋 The Housemates

You’ll be living with Rhianne, who works in strategy at a creative agency, and Kate, who works in publishing. The house has a friendly, chilled atmosphere and is home to Freddie, a very sweet Cavapoo who loves making new friends.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys a calm and respectful home environment.

💷 Other Bits

Rent and bills are split equally each month. We also contribute a small amount towards household supplies and a cleaner who comes every two weeks, so the house is always kept in good shape.
