We (Larry & Maria) are looking for a new housemate to join our Brockley flat an 8 min walk from Brockley Overground station.
The Flat is on the ground floor and has 1 living room, 1 Bathroom, and a really big and peaceful garden!
You’ll be in the biggest room (it’s very spacious!). The room looks out onto the garden as well.
Rent: £1050
Bills: ~120/month
Move in 1st of September.
About us: We’re old uni friends who have lived together happily for a few years, we’re easy going, friendly, sociable (but often doing our own side quests) and clean housemates. I work in an education charity and Maria works/studies in environmental policy.
Looking for: someone in late 20s early 30s who is similar, easy going, tidy and sociable. Needs to be able to move in on 1st September.
