Double room in sweet home in Brockley

Double room £700 + bills

One of our flatmates is moving in with their partner so we are looking for a new person to join our crew.
The room is unfurnished but the bed and some furniture is up for grabs!

The house is a 3 minute walk from Brockley station with Sainsburys and cost cutter even closer. We are a chill queer lesbian home + our lovely Sebastian. It's not a party house but we like to have dinners together and have a giggle and hang out. Looking for someone who wants a home to be part of and care for and not just a place to sleep <3

Kitchen, living room, bathroom, x2 toilets, conservatory, garden & on street parking.

Kat is a printmaker, watch factory worker and comic artist Seb is in music, bands & teaching
Rachael is a filmmaker, educator and community organiser

We have a coeliac so kitchen hygiene is important and means this room probably isn't suitable for you if you're a big time baker and flour user. Two of us gluten eaters share food and it would be nice if the person who joins us wanted to join us on that. The house is currently veggie/vegan and we are looking for someone who is or at least wouldn't be cooking meat regularly in the home

We have a thriving vegetable garden and so are looking to be eating alot of pumpkin and squash come autumn.
