- 6 minute walk from Brockley station with links to London Bridge, Shoreditch and Highbury and Islington.
- super fast 330 mb broadband.

The neighbourhood has a fantastic community feel, with a great selection of independent cafés, restaurants, pubs, local shops, supermarkets and a post office all within walking distance. New Cross, Nunhead and Brockley are close by, offering even more places to eat, drink and explore.

Telegraph Hill park and Nunhead cemetery (not as morbid as you think) are close by if you enjoy green space!
