Sublet double room in Brockley - Now to 1st Sept

Hi everyone!! I've just moved out of my great flat with two lovely flatmates as I had to leave earlier than planned. I'm looking for someone to sublet my room from now to 1st September! The landlord is happy for us to figure things out between ourselves too! The rent is £900 pm adjusted depending on when you move in!

The flat is cosy and has enough room for all your things. The room you'll be letting is the largest one too and is private and spacious on the second floor. The flat is well connected and is right on Brockley Cross with the overground and bus station 4 mins away!

You'll be sharing with my friends Sid (he/him, 24, music student) and Ari (she/her, 21, psych student).

They both have busy lives but would loveeee someone who’s down for fun and chilling together but respects our space and is willing to help keep the flat clean<3

This is a queer household and we would like to find someone queer / queer friendly :)

Our flat:

3 bed 1 bath split across 2 levels

Bills cost around £60 each overall (water, wifi, electricity n gas)

Transport: Two Bus stops a 5 min walk away (171, 172, & 484) / 5 min walk to Brockley overground station

Move in: Preferably soon as I've already moved out!

Accessibility: flat is on the top floor, up 3 sets of stairs

Bedroom comes furnished with double bed & spacious wardrob

Street parking available

Smoker friendly! (outdoors only pls)

Communal garden available for use as well xx
