Room for rent in lovely 2-bed Brockley flat

About myself & the room

I am Callum, a 31-year-old Freelance Video editor. I am into films, music, cooking, padel, and I am a regular at the pub with mates. Because I mainly work from home, in the evenings I am always up for watching a film, TV show, a spontaneous trip to the pub or cooking a joint meal. But I am just as happy to do my own thing and have our own space. Friends are always welcome round, but you won't have to deal with loads of people in the flat on a weekday late at night. I have lived with my current flatmate for 2 years, but sadly he is moving in with his girlfriend. So I am looking for someone new to join me when I renew the contract in this amazing flat.

The Room
An unfurnished room (2.65m x 3.65m) large enough for a double bed, a desk, and storage. There is a large north-facing window in the room giving lots of natural light, and it gets direct sunlight in the evenings for your own little slice of sky. It comes unfurnished so you can make it properly yours. Bills are on top.

The Flat
The flat is located just across the road from the lovely Hilly Field park, framed by the 2 large windows in the lounge; this has to be one of the main selling points. There is also a sofa, dining table and a new TV. The flat itself has a decent-sized kitchen and a modern bathroom with a lovely walk-in shower. I am looking for a flatmate who wants to make this feel like a home and somewhere nice to live, so always open to changing the layout and adding additions to the shared spaces.

The Area
Located just a 10-minute walk from Brockley, Ladywell and Crofton Park stations, you can easily get into central London within 30 minutes from any of them, so you're well connected wherever you need to be. If you know the area, you know what to expect, but if not, you're in for a treat. There are some great cafes, restaurants and pubs within walking distance, and you are just a short trip away from Peckham, Greenwich and Dulwich.
