7 month sublet in Brockley from September

Our housemate is moving out on 4th September so we’re looking for someone to sublet from then until the end of our tenancy in April.

We live in a mews which is right by hilly fields and about a 7 min walk to Brockley station. It weirdly doesn’t feel like London at all as it’s so tucked away from the main road and all you can hear is nature sounds.

It has two bathrooms and a garden with a nice sized living room/dining room area. Our housemate will be taking her tv so we’ll be without one. If you do have one and would like to bring it that would be amazing and we’d love you very much.

You’ll be living with me and Nisa who met through spare room and have become such good friends! So we would love someone who’s on the same page as us of hanging out regularly but also having time to ourselves. We both have pretty busy social schedules so are out and about quite a lot during the evenings and at weekends.

I work in the charity sector and Nisa is doing a PhD in neuroscience and we both have creative hobbies. Council tax will be split two ways not 3.

I like dinner parties, painting, piano and pubs. We try and do stuff out of the flat quite regularly like chilling in hilly fields or going to cafes/pubs in the area so it would be so nice if you’re up to join. 🧡🌟
