I'm sadly moving out of a lovely flat in Brockley, so I'm looking for someone to take over my room. The room is bright and peaceful in a well-kept two-bedroom first floorflat. It’s close to both Brockley and Nunhead station, local cafes, and green spaces, but tucked away enough to feel relaxed and private.
Rent is £875per month, with bills averaging around £150-£200 each month. The room is available for single occupancy only, so unfortunately it isn't suitable for couples.
I've genuinely loved living here, and one of the biggest reasons is the person you'll be living with. She's is super warm, kind, funny, and honestly just a really lovely person to share a home with.
