Sunny double room short-term let

Room available now till mid/late Sept.

Hi, I’m looking for someone to rent my spare room until my partner moves in at the end of September.

It’s a lovely bright double room with big windows (and shutters for when it’s too sunny!). It comes furnished with plenty of storage space, including shelving and two large wardrobes with drawers.

Although it’s a sunny flat, the big windows allow for a good through-breeze so it doesn’t get too hot.

I’m 38 and work in charity fundraising. I am out and about most evenings and sometimes have friends over for dinner. I would of course let anyone renting know in advance if I’m having people around.

It’s £800pcm inclusive of bills. Let me know if you have any questions. I can start doing viewings tomorrow afternoon or Mon/tues/weds evening.
