Studio Apartment for Short-Term Let – Brockley (2

Hi there! I’m a PhD student heading back to my home country for two months, and I’m looking for someone lovely to stay in my studio apartment in Brockley while I’m away.

The studio has its own en-suite kitchen and bathroom, so you’d have everything to yourself, no sharing with flatmates.

This is genuinely my home, not just a rental, so my belongings (clothes, makeup, a few personal bits) will stay in the wardrobe and drawers during your stay. I’m hoping to find someone respectful and tidy who’ll treat the space with the same care I do, someone who wants a proper home for a couple of months, not just a place to crash.

I’d really love to meet you in person and have a chat before anything is confirmed, it’s important to me that whoever stays here feels like the right fit, and I’m sure you’d want the same peace of mind too.
