A bright and airy double room is available in our flat in Brockley/Crofton Park. The room comes furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, side table, and desk with computer chair.

The flat has a large, light-filled open-plan living room with a big TV, comfortable seating and plenty of space to relax and work from home. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, double fridge, dishwasher and all the usual appliances. The flat also has a full size bathroom (with bath and shower) and a second shower room.

You’ll be living with three late 20s/early 30s male housemates, who work in the teaching/arts/restaurant sectors. They enjoy music, chilling in the flat (films/tv/music), as well as going out and spending time with friends. They're looking for someone who is friendly, clean and respectful.

The flat is located ~10 mins walk from Crofton Park station with easy links to London Blackfriars, or ~15mins walk to Brockley for London Bridge and the Overground. Peckham high street is ~10 mins on the bus, and East Dulwich ~15mins. There are also plenty of parks and green spaces nearby including Peckham Rye (10mins walk) Telegraph Hill, Honor Oak Park, Dulwich Park, and Hilly Fields.
