Hello!

We have a large double bedroom in our super spacious 4 bed house.

Rent is £960 including bills and some joint commodities (toiletries and cleaning materials).

We're three creative professionals (2x men, 1x woman) looking for a friendly housemate. The house had loads of space so good for socializing but plenty of room for doing your own thing.

If you’re into film nights and backyard BBQ’s you’ll fit right in. We love the odd get together but we’re not a big party house and keep things pretty civilized. We have board games for chilled nights in and plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby for some drinks/food after work.

The House:
4 bedroom house with good rail links in a lovely community in South East London.

The bedroom is a great size, west facing room, which looks out onto the garden.

The house has tall ceilings, large kitchen, 2x living rooms (one has a projector on the wall and the other gets great afternoon sun), 2 toilets, 2 showers with 1 wet room, plenty of storage space in the basement and a large garden that gets great afternoon sun.

5-10 minute walk to Brockley or Nunhead station.
5-10 minute walk to a GP and Dentist
5-10 minutes walk to Sainsbury's local and Co-op
