Brockley Maisonette

Join us in our lovely little maisonette in Brockley, cherished outdoor space, large kitchen with everything you need already here (including washing machine and dishwasher), living / dining room again completely furnished. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bedroom that is available is unfurnished.

Currently living in the flat are me and my cousin Jess, we love to be social - eat meals, watch movies, go to the pub or further afield together but also have our own separate lives. We are 27 and 31, Jess works in a school and I am freelance working in event production (often come home with lots of goodies). We'd love another girl that can fit with our energy and that is happy to help us keep the house clean and lovely.

Available from the end of SEPTEMBER

Bills not included come to about 120£ a month ( 2 months of the year we get a break from council tax so comes in about 50/60 on those months)
